International Shipping
We currently deliver to select international regions. Delivery times and charges vary depending on the destination and local customs regulations. Any customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) will be the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Replacements

If your Bioaura order doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll ensure a quick and simple resolution.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, consumable or personalized wellness products (such as supplements, powders, or custom formulas) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective on arrival.
How to Initiate a Return

Review & Approval: Our team will review your request and share the next steps for pickup or return shipment.

Pickup or Return: Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.

Refund or Replacement:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Replacements are dispatched immediately once the return is confirmed.

Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — but you can initiate a return after delivery if eligible.
