International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and charges vary depending on the country, courier availability, and local customs processes.

Returns & Replacements

If your Altin Agroproducts order doesn’t meet expectations, we ensure a fast and hassle-free resolution.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, consumable wellness or nutritional products (such as powders, supplements, mixes, or customized formulations) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective on arrival.
How to Initiate a Return

Pickup or Return Shipping:
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on sending the product back.
Refunds & Replacements

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Replacements are dispatched immediately once the return is confirmed.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If already shipped, cancellations are not possible — however, you may initiate a return after delivery if eligible.
